Under the motto senior Classroom: Associations and society, the State Confederation of Associations of Students and Ex- students of the University Programs for Mayores (CAUMAS) celebrate from the 3 to the 6 of November, in the Paraninfo of the University of Murcia, IX the Days on Associationism of the PUM, to which they will go around 300 students of all the Spanish universities, besides representatives of all the university associations of people majors. The chief of a main directorate of University Policy of the Ministry of Education, Brown Juan Jose, will be the one in charge to inaugurate the encounter.

In the four days that the Congress lasts, he will be spoken of the results that these programs are reaching not only in the own majors, in their improvement of the quality of life, but also socially. Of this form, rapporteurs, professors and students will give answer to the question of why studying to this age. In this line, the university professor of Physiology of the University of Murcia (UMU), Salvador Zamora, will be first in taking the word to speak on the social and university importance from the degree of people majors.

Thursday 4 of November, the professor of Physiology and ex- director of the Classroom of Majors of the UMU, Francisca Perez, he will offer a conference exceeds how the university studies improve the quality of life of the majors that go to the classrooms. Next, Andres Cánovas, student of the Senior Classroom of the local University, will count how it is his day to day in the classes.

Next, the old person in charge of the Senior Classroom (before denominated Classroom of Majors) and university professor of Classic Philosophy, Francisca Molla, and the present director of the Classroom and professor of Sociology, Manuel Hernandez, will make a review by the 13 years of life of the University Program for Majors in Murcia.

After them, the turn will arrive from the president of the University Association Oriol of the University Miguel Hernandez de Orihuela, Castejón Angel, whom it will give to char it about the relation between university associations of majors and society, and the vowel of the Board of directors of the Governing Association Sabater, Jesus Seiquer, with an interesting communication titled Of housewife to college student.

Friday 5 of November, the director of the Secretaryship of Equality and Quality of Life of the University of Malaga, Isabel Maria Morals, will set out the experience of the Classroom of Majors in the city Andalusian.
Later, the director of FOOTPATH for active people, Matilde Pelegrí, will distribute the conference FOOTPATH: 10 years betting by the learning of the majors, in which it will speak of the evolution of the University Programs for Majors in Spain, the special pursuit of the magazine in this decade and the importance of assuring an education throughout the life.

In the playful part, the senior students will acquire the great protagonism, with the interpretation of several plays. A group of students of the University Association Governing Sabater, the organizer of the days, in collaboration with the Oriol Association of the University Miguel Hernandez de Orihuela, will offer to the public a poem recital, sainetes and entremeses. On the other hand, the students of the class of read theater, directed by the university professor of Spanish Literature, Jose Antonio Gorse, will interpret the teeth of the devil and the group of theater of the Governing Association Sabater of the UMU will represent Puebla of the women.

The program completes with an action of the musical group the Tenors, the programmed presentation to the public of a short realized by students, dinner in full dress and delivery of diplomas to the assistants and several visits to know the locality.

IX the Days are organized by the University Association Governing Sabater of the University of Murcia, under the CAUMAS call that, taking advantage of the occasion, will celebrate their General Assembly Friday 5 of November.
