The 70.9 of the 16 more year and percent citizens in the last value their state of health 12 months like good or very good. This one is one of the main results of the European Survey of Health in Spain in 2009. By sex, the 75.8 percent of the men declares to have a good state of health, against the 66.1 percent of the women.
 
The most frequent upheavals are the arterial hypertension (17.2 percent), the lumbar pains (16.3 percent) and cervical (14.2 percent), the chronic allergy (12.0 percent) and migrañas and frequent headaches (8.6 percent). Next, one is the chronic anxiety (6.0 percent), the diabetes (5.9 percent), the depression (5.3 percent) and the asthma (4.3 percent).
 
Personal autonomy
The survey also analyzes the difficulties that find the people to carry out their daily activities and that suppose a limitation in the personal autonomy. In this sense, the 7.3 percent has some difficulty to realize the basic activities of the daily life, like feeding themselves, cleaning up, to get dressed or to rise and to lie down. This percentage promotes to the 26.5 percent in the people majors of 65 years.
